HISTORY
In 1987, after more than 20 years in banking, James D. (Jim) Masterson founded Bank Management Services to provide a variety of technical, administrative, operational, accounting, compliance solutions, and audit services to privately held Kansas banks.
James utilizes a problem-solving approach to his financial consulting services. As a former banker, he offers value-added services from that perspective. The focus is on providing compliance solutions that your bank can implement, along with training for your staff on new or improved procedures that meet regulatory requirements or address audit exceptions. Bank Management Services collaborates with you to help your staff understand the financial consulting surrounding their roles and to develop appropriate procedures for ongoing compliance and operational efficiency.
