HISTORY
In 1987, after more than 20 years in banking, James D. (Jim) Masterson founded Bank Management Services to provide a variety of technical, administrative, operational, accounting, compliance and auditing services to privately held Kansas banks.
James utilizes a problem-solving approach to his services. James is a former banker who is able to provide value-added services from that perspective. They focus on providing solutions your bank can use and will help instruct your staff in new or improved procedures that meet regulatory requirements or correct audit exceptions. Bank Management Services will collaborate with you in helping your staff understand issues and concepts and in developing appropriate procedures to ensure successful ongoing compliance and operational efficiency
